This band spawned various member’s including: Freddie Nelson (Solo Artist \u0026 with Paul Gilbert), Tim Aymar (Control Denied), Scott Bender (Baton Rouge) and Steve Moore (The Drummer at the Wrong Gig) which went onto enjoy National success and in some cases Worldwide success.\r\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\r\nIn 1992 Mark moved to Houston with a guitar player friend and joined a band which featured former Pantera vocalist Matt Jernigan (AKA Matt Lamour). The band was short lived and three of the guys (including Mark) decided to try their luck in LA for a little bit. While in LA they teamed up with Italian guitar virtuoso Alex Masi and agreed to start writing songs. Once again this project was short lived and Mark returned to his wife and newborn son back in Houston.\r\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\r\nIn 2016 Mark was asked by his long-time friend Randy Meullier, if he would like to be the drum tech for Foghat / Roger Earl. Mark jumped at the chance and has been with the organization ever since. During his time with Foghat, Roger asked him if he would also like to play some auxiliary percussion behind the scenes. What started out with just a tambourine, turned into a full blown percussion rig, including: congas, bongos, a single timbale and some additional shakers and cowbells etc. Regarding his experience as Roger’s drum tech, Mark says, “It’s so great to have the best seat in the house and watch Roger perform.
